L.E. Membership – Open to all full-time, reserve, and civilian law enforcement firearms instructors employed by U.S. federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. This includes other agencies within the justice system such as Corrections and Probation. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their law enforcement agency commission card / identification card (front & back), and a copy of their L.E. firearms instructor certificate. |

Military Membership – Open to any U.S. military active duty or reserve firearms instructor from any of the DOD branches of military service. This includes the National Guard and U.S. Coast Guard. Military membership is discounted $10 from L.E. membership as a gesture of appreciation for serving in the U.S. military to protect our great nation...thank you! Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their most current military identification card (front & back), a copy of their L.E. / military firearms instructor certificate OR a copy of a Letterhead Memorandum (LHM) from a unit Commander or supervisor stating the applicant is a firearms instructor for their unit or branch of service. |

Retired L.E. / Military Membership – Open to any U.S. law enforcement or military firearms instructor that honorably retired with more than 20 years of service (or more than 10 years of service with medical retirement). Retired L.E. / Military membership is discounted $15 from L.E. membership as a sign of respect for honorably retiring from a career in law enforcement or the U.S. military...thank you! Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their retirement credentials (front & back), and a copy of their L.E. / military firearms instructor certificate. |

Security Industry Membership – Open to any U.S. security personnel who has been government licensed as armed security for more than 3 years, is certified as an L.E. firearms instructor by a reputable organization, and employed by a security company or security training academy as a firearms instructor to provide professional firearms training to armed security personnel. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their state identification (front & back), provide proof they have been government licensed as armed security for three (3) or more years, provide a copy of their L.E. firearms instructor certificate, and provide a letter from their employer stating the applicant is employed as a firearms instructor and provides firearms training for armed security personnel.

Private Sector Membership – Open to any U.S. civilian firearms instructor, certified as an L.E. firearms instructor by a reputable organization, and employed by a private training company that provides professional firearms training to law enforcement, military, or government contracted security personnel. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their government issued state identification (front & back), a copy of their L.E. / military firearms instructor certificate, and a letter from their employer stating the applicant is employed as a firearms instructor and provides firearms training for law enforcement, military, or government contracted security personnel. |

International Membership - Open to any international firearms instructor that is currently employed, or was previously employed, by a law enforcement agency in one of the approved US-allied countries. For a list of approved US-allied countries, click HERE. Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their law enforcement identification and documentation they are a certified LE firearms instructor in their country. |

NOTE: LE Firearms Instructor certification must come from reputable organization providing a minimum of a 40-hour course for a single weapon system or 2-Gun certification...or an 80-hour 2-Gun or 3-Gun certification. LE 40-hour 3-Gun certifications are not accepted.
